Marilyn Neuhart handmade dolls

Marilyn Neuhart é talvez das artistas que mais me encantam! Designer de formação começou mais tarde a trabalhar com tecidos e a fazer fantásticas bonecas – com lindos bordados à mão. Foi quando Alexander Girard se apaixonou pelo seu trabalho, que começou uma produtiva parceria. Em 1961 Marilyn Neuhart fez 100 bonecas para a abertura da loja Textile & Objects de Girard. Estas 4 bonecas (em tecido impresso) fazem parte de uma nova colecção que está à venda aqui.

Marilyn Neuhart is probably one of the artists who most fascinates me! She started working as a Designer but then she began handmaking beautiful embroidered dolls. It was when Alexander Girard fall in love by her work that a productive partnership began. In 1961 Marilyn Neuhart did 100 dolls for the opening of the Textile & Objects store owned by Girard. These 4 dolls (printed in fabric) are part of a new collection that you can buy here.
