HOW PINKNOUNOU GET STARTED?

It was born from my desire to make things with my hands in a more creative way - I think I inherit from my father, he used to do beautiful things in wood (many years ago I also did some things in wood, inspired by is work and also by the beautiful african woods he had); also my mother always made things with fabrics, although for many years I had an “aversion” to the sewing machine ;) So I started sewing first only by hand and then I made more, and more, experimented a lot and I realised I was totally in love by this kind of work. My passion for kids design and children's illustration books led me to create an enchanted world filled with little dolls, softies, sets about classic tales, bibs with Little Red Ridinh Hood story...

Want to offer a special occasion handmade gift? Some products can be made in quantity (still with a low minimum order quantity) for you to use in your kids birthday party or in a baby shower or as wedding favors or even as corporate gifts.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW IS SHIPPING DONE?

Yes – with ♥ and a smile ;)
Items are always shipped in Registered Mail (it's a priority mail) - with Tracking Number.
 This means that you receive the package directly from the postman at your given address and a signature is requested (it doesn't have to be yours but from anyone that accepts the package).

You can follow the progress of your order by simply entering the tracking number on the site of the shipping service being used, in this case CTT - Correios de Portugal
(Your order is shipped from Portugal - Europe).

Orders are dispatch after confirmation of payment (within 3 to 5 days - usually less) and the estimate date also dependes on stock availability* - I'll try to be as fast as possible :) and I'll shortly inform you if any delay occurs.
Shipping to European countries takes about 5 (business) days and to the Rest of the World about 7 to 15 (business) days ** (please understand that some delays might happen - sometimes related with the Customs in your country - that are out of my reach, but if that is the case contact me and I'll try to assist you).
The exact shipping cost is calculated upon checkout before you submit payment and depends on the weight of your parcel. 
You will receive an email once your order is placed (confirming your address) and another with the tracking number when is shipped.
If you’d like to send your order to an address other than your own it’s no problem, when you place your order, just let me know your delivery instructions. I'll be happy to include a gift card with a short message that you would like written in it.

* Some out of stock products (that have not been discontinued) can take about 3 to 7 weeks being printed & made.
** In Christmas or other busy seasons shipping can take more time please see the shipping deadlines info at the home page. These are estimative deadlines we don't guarantee any exact or specific date.

 
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

My intention is to offer beautiful and quality products but if you're unhappy with your order, please contact me. I'll do my very best to quickly exchange or refund.
The items you wish to return must be sent to me within 14 days after you received your order. 
Items must be in it's original packaging and in perfect, unused condition (damaged or unclean items will not be accepteded). 
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to PinkNounou (shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense). 
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. 
Please note that additional duties, customs fees and/or taxes will not be refunded. 

To ensure a safe return, please wrap the item(s) carefully and sent them in Registered mail or any other similar that offers a proof of posting. When I get the goods back in good condition, I’ll credit you and let you know.
For customers outside European Union countries please obtain a customs information document (in your Post Office - CN22 and/or CN23) and clearly mark RETURNED GOODS on the document.

If your parcel is lost the refund is only possible with the confirmation from the portuguese Post Office. Please be patiente and I'll refund you as soon as I have their confirmation.

On the rare occasion that you have received an incorrect item or a faulty one, please send me a photo (within 2 days after receiving) so that I can analise the situation and resolve it - of course I'll try to be quick and make you happy! 

If the order is damaged while being shipped although it's not my responsability please take a photo before opening it so that I can file a complaint at the Post Office. 
(I always carefully wrap my orders and send them in bubble padded envelopes, or plastic envelopes or in carton boxes if its a larger order, to ensure everything is secure and waterproof).

Custom made items can not be returned. Also, digital products can not be refunded.

Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our retailers.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items (due to wrong address) or any kind of delays.
If the delivery is not achieved (wrong address or other) there will be no refund and the reshipping is only possible if the buyer pays the reshipping fee.!

Yes for shure! And I can also offer solutions for gifts, decorations (room and table) and styling for your party.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS “GREEN”? 

I try that PinkNounou products are as environmentally friendly as possible. I try to buy my supplies locally whenever that's possible. Almost all fabrics are 100% cotton and wool. The printed fabrics/products are made with water based inks. 


HOW CAN I ADVERTISE IN YOUR BLOG? 

Thank you for your interest in advertising with PinkNounou - would love to have you as a sponsor! The majority of readers are females and mothers between the ages of 25 and 45, interested in great design for kids and also for themselves.
The ad spots are available in the size 125x125 pixels and start at 15 dollars per month. Special discounts for: * 6 month pack at 75 dollars / * 12 month pack at 140 dollars.
Included is also a post in my blog to increase your brand exposure.
Need help creating your banner?  I can make your banner (using your logo and your product images) for an additional cost of 19 dollars.
After making your banner order you just need to send me your file (.jpg) and the link back url.

COMO COMEÇOU A PINKNOUNOU?

Nasceu do meu desejo de criar objectos de uma forma mais criativa e handmade - e acho que foi também uma “herança” do meu pai que costumava fazer bonitas peças em madeira e da minha mãe que sempre fez roupas, tricot,... se bem que por alguns anos mantive uma certa aversão à máquina de costura ;) quando comecei a coser – de início só à mão - depressa me viciei e nunca mais parei! A minha paixão pela ilustração, design e livros para crianças levaram-me a criar um mundo encantado preenchido por bonecas, personagens de histórias infantis,...

ENVIA PARA FORA DE PORTUGAL? COMO SÃO PROCESSADOS OS ENVIOS?

Sim, claro para todos os países. Os productos são enviados em Correio Registado (correio prioritário) - com um Número de Registo. O que significa que receberá a sua encomenda em mão, sendo necessária uma assinatura para confirmar a recepção.

O processamento do envio demora cerca de 3 a 5 dias - normalmente menos, e é feito após confirmação do pagamento (e depende também da disponibilidade em stock - tentarei ser o mais rápida possível, informando contudo se alguma demora ocorrer).
O envio, pelos Correios, para Portugal continental, demora 1 a 2 dias úteis; para países da Europa cerca de 5 dias úteis e para o Resto do Mundo à volta de 7 a 15 dias úteis (por favor compreenda que alguns atrasos poderão ocorrer que estão fora do meu alcance, no entanto se for esse o caso contacte-me e tentarei ajudá-lo).
O valor do envio é calculado durante o checkout antes do pagamento e depende do peso dos produtos encomendados.
Receberá um email após ter feito a encomenda (para confirmar o endereço de envio) e outro quando o envio é feito, com o tracking number.
Se quiser também é possível enviar a sua encomenda para outra morada que não a sua, para tal basta que ao fazer a encomenda especifique qual a morada. Terei também todo o prazer em incluir um cartão com uma mensagem sua.


E EM CASO DE DEVOLUÇÃO?

Se a sua encomenda não for entregue só é possível uma devolução com a confirmação dos Correios.
Se cancelar e devolver uma encomenda é responsável por todos os custos relacionados com os portes de envio e outros custos que ocorram. O(s) item(s) deverão estar no seu embrulho de origem, em perfeito estado de conservação e sem estarem usados/danificados ou sujos. Deverá proceder à devolução no prazo de 14 dias.
Se um item enviado estiver incompleto, danificado ou trocado por outro, por favor envie uma fotografia (3 dias após recepção) para que possa analisar e resolver a situação - tentarei ser o mais rápida possível.
