Shipping

All orders are carefully wraped in tissue paper and sent in bubble padded kraft envelopes or plastic envelopes (that offer strong protection) and the art prints or watercolors + cutout posters are sent flat in a sturdy envelope (if bigger than a A4 size will be shipped rolled in a carton tube).

Orders are dispatched after confirmation of payment – of the product + the shipping costs – (within 3 to 5 business days) and the estimate date also depends on stock availability (some out of stock products – that have not been discontinued – can take about 3 to 8 weeks being made). – I’ll try to be as fast as possible and I’ll shortly inform you if any delay occurs.
The exact shipping cost is calculated upon checkout before you submit payment and depends on the weight of your parcel. Please view the shipping charge table below.
You will receive an email once your order is placed (confirming your address) and another with the tracking number when is shipped.
If you’d like to send your order to an address other than your own it’s no problem, when you place your order, just let me know your delivery instructions. I’ll be happy to include a gift card with a short message that you would like written in it.

Orders are shipped from the portuguese Post Office: CTT – Correios de Portugal.

The packages are shipped in Registered Mail* (it’s a priority mail) – with a tracking number, that can be tracked here. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number (please be aware that the tracking service does not work for some countries).
OR shipped in Blue Mail – with tracking number.

When free shipping is offered, orders will ship by Regular Mail.

* This means that you receive the package directly from the postman at your given address and a signature is requested (it doesn’t have to be yours but from anyone that accepts the package).

Máx 2 Kg per package – if the number of items added in the cart is heavier than 1,6 Kg the shipping costs will have to be recalculated (and several 2 Kg each packages will be sent this way because is less expensive).

The buyer is responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be charged at their country Customs. (The items you buy are shipped from Portugal / Europe).
These fees or taxes, charged by local Customs, will not be refunded in case the buyer returns the products.

If the delivery is not achieved (wrong address or other) there will be no refund and the reshipping is only possible if the buyer pays the reshipping fee.
Shipping costs can not be refunded as a result of any delays or returns.

We cannot be responsible for missing packages that are sent without signature on delivery (when free shipping is offered) or for shipping times once it has left here, but will endeavor to follow any package to the best of our ability.

– Shipping to Portugal is expected the next business day.
– Shipping to European countries takes about 3 to 5 business days after the order is mailed at the Post Office.
– Shipping to the Rest of the World takes about 7 to 15 business days after the order is mailed at the Post Office.

These are estimated times we can not guarantee an exact date.

Please understand that some delays might happen (sometimes with the Customs in your country) or in busy holiday seasons (like Christmas) shipping takes more time – these are out of my reach, but if that is the case contact me and I’ll try to assist you.
